60 minutes Group Coaching meetings every 2nd Tuesday. 

Two meetings each month, twenty four meetings over the next 12 months.  

Meetings are to review previous progress, get coached by the group and coach, and make commitments for the next two weeks. 

Meetings will be recorded and shared with the group.
